ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION

Erectile dysfunction (ED) or impotence is difficulty getting or maintaining an erection for sexual intercourse and can lead to reduced sexual desire. While psychological factors are involved in sexual arousal, mainly physical factors cause ED leading to dysfunctional connective tissue in the penis. Medical conditions that damage nerves, surgery, injury, and stress are some causes of erectile dysfunction.

Why Use BioRenew® PTM Therapy™?

Treatments of PTM Therapy provide fresh biologic components that have not deteriorated or aged, and may aid in supporting poorly functioning muscles and nerves. Improved function and remodeling of the patient’s damaged connective tissues may potentially improve the nerve function, muscle control and vascularity (blood flow) around the poorly functioning area. If successful, patients may experience increased sensation, better muscle control, and improved performance.

PEYRONIE'S DISEASE

Peyronie's disease is the curvature of the penis from internal fibrous scar tissue, plaque, that causes discomfort during erections. It is believed that the scar tissue forms from repeated trauma to the penis that causes internal bleeding and damage to connective tissue. The scar tissue generally forms are flat lumps or a band of hard tissue that can be felt under the skin. Other symptoms include penile discomfort, with or without an erection, or problems getting or maintaining an erection.

Why Use BioRenew® PTM Therapy™?

Along with removing or breaking up the scar tissue, treatments are used to augment the damaged connective tissues and reduce fibrous scar tissue formation. By supporting proper remodeling of the poorly functioning tissues, patients may experience improved muscle function and reduced scar tissue complications.

URINARY INCONTINENCE

Urinary incontinence is the loss of bladder control that commonly affects many people. It is caused by lack of muscle function or sphincter control, defects in connective tissue. The severity of incontinence varies from minor urine leaks to overwhelming and sudden urge without enough time to make it to the bathroom. Urinary incontinence leads to an uncertainty that can be an inconvenience to completely debilitating.

Why Use BioRenew® PTM Therapy™?

By treating the muscles and tissues throughout the poorly functioning area, the therapy may support proper connective tissue restoration, and patients could experience improved tissue function leading to increased control.
